We did all the electrical engineering and wrote the new software. Below deck, the new pumps were wired and above deck we installed new enclosures for control of the HPU.For previously manual functions, we have now realised electrical control and added a radio control option for the winches.
For the lower deck HPU, we chose to keep the old control boxes. With a new mounting plate and components, we carried out the modification very efficiently.
Audiovisual signalling devices were added to warn users and bystanders when the winches are in use.
Working closely with Hydrauvision, we extensively tested and successfully commissioned the entire system.
