Technotron is proud to be part of Hydrauvision. A leading specialist in hydraulic and electrical drive technologies. This collaboration opens the door to an even broader range of expertise, innovative technologies, and solutions for customers in demanding industries worldwide.

Joining forces

In this partnership, Technotron and Hydrauvision combine their core competencies: electrical automation and hydraulic drive power. For many years, Technotron has provided full-service electrical installations and control panels, while Hydrauvision excels in developing robust hydraulic systems – from power packs to offshore access systems.

Project stories: collaboration in action

Bring to Work (B2W) – Offshore access system

A great example of our collaboration is the Bring to Work (B2W) system. This complex, redundantly secured system combines hydraulics and electrical engineering to safely transfer people and loads (up to 3 tons) from ship to offshore structure. Hydrauvision developed the hydraulic system, while Technotron designed, built, and installed the complete electrical installation. The project was characterized by short communication lines, intensive co-engineering, and flawless coordination between both teams.

Electrical installation upgrade for mooring winches – Crane 10

On the pontoon Crane 10, outdated mooring winches were upgraded: the old Sauer Danfoss SPV pumps were replaced with modern Danfoss H1 pumps. Hydrauvision provided hydraulic expertise, while Technotron completely redesigned the electrical system, installed new control panels, and developed advanced software. Thanks to optimal cooperation and clear communication, the system was fully operational again within a week, resulting in a significant improvement in operational reliability.

F4800E Electric Foundation Machine

Hydrauvision and Technotron were involved in developing the world’s first fully electric large foundation machine on the market. The F4800E is based on the diesel-powered F4800 foundation machine from Fundex Equipment. This machine has a drilling torque of 500 kNm and a daily energy consumption of up to 2000 kWh. With a 48-meter leader, electrifying foundation machines of this size is unprecedented, making the power supply for such a large machine the primary challenge. We developed an innovative approach to the power supply to ensure that a large foundation machine can operate throughout the entire workday.
