What will you do with us?
As a Sales Engineer at Technotron, you are the technical and commercial face of the company. You actively build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. You visit customers at home and abroad and identify exactly which technical solutions can improve their processes. You translate their needs into concrete proposals, backed by your knowledge of mechatronics, electrical engineering, and control technology.
You also work closely with your colleagues from cost estimation and engineering. Together, you ensure that every request is sharp, feasible, and complete. You prepare quotations that are not only technically sound but also commercially convincing. Naturally, you can make use of the expertise already present within the organization. You identify market trends, share opportunities with the team, and take initiative to capitalize on them.
Each week, you and your colleagues discuss ongoing projects, new leads, and strategic actions. You play a key role: you connect, convince, and truly make a difference for our customers and our growth.

What do you bring?
- MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
- Extensive experience in a technical–commercial role
- Knowledge of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or control technology
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with the market in the northern and central Netherlands
- An independent, entrepreneurial, and flexible mindset
- Collegiality and enjoyment in teamwork
- A network in the industry and/or familiarity with the Frisian language? — A great plus!
